Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. In addition, there is a smart bunk bed in the hallway so the villa can accommodate 10 persons in total. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC. On the ground floor, you will find a 4th bedroom with  independent access. This room has a double bed and an en-suite shower.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you can sink into a beautiful outdoor sofa set, and sunbeds near the large private 15-metre overflowing pool. To complement the outside living area, there is a full-fledged outdoor kitchen with 2 BBQs: one gas and one charcoal. There are 2 dining areas one for 8 people and the other fits 12 persons. Comfy beanbags are scattered all over the pool and grass area to accommodate many people.

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace with a complementary built-in hot tub for you to relax in, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views. The roof terrace also includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, a dining area, and a separate seating area with a sunset bar.
For outdoor activities, the villa also supplies a trampoline, foosball, ping pong table and mini football.
